Councilwoman Sawyer, District 5 is hosting a park clean-up on half of the city-owned parks in her district. This first round includes Pulaski Park! All interested volunteers should sign-up through the
District 5 Fall Park Clean-Up Day website, scroll down to Pulaski Park and click on the
SIGN UP button next to
SUPPORT VOLUNTEERS.
Volunteers have the option to meet at the Montclair Rec Center at 8:30 a.m. the day of the event for breakfast, coffee or juice, and to grab supplies. If you are unable to make it to the Montclai Rec Center the morning of the event, no worries. You can still particpate! You will just coordinate with the Lead Volunteer to ensure you get a bag of supplies. Lead volunteer contact information will be shared with all registered volunteers one week before clean-up day.
The District 5 office will be providing a limited number of rakes and pickers that the lead volunteer will sign-out. Please feel free to bring your own supplies. District 5 office will be providing the following supplies.
Gloves Hand sanitizer Dog waste bags Bottle of water Trash bags
