Please consider joining Cherry Creek East Association (CCEA) as either a Resident or Business Member. Your association is stronger by having engagaed, supporting members.
What Does the CCEA Do?
Your CCEA Board is working for you in these ways and more:
We represent the neighborhood in advocacy groups including the Cherry Creek Steering Committee, Cherry Creek working group, Community Cabinet with District 5 Councilmember Amanda Sawyer, various city government speciality groups, and the Denver Intra-Neighborhood Cooperation organization.
We keep members informed via a regular newsletter, social media, occasional emails and a website.
We actively negotiate with local government organizations to secure improvements such as bike paths, landscaping and parking.
We work with developers to make sure we protect our neighborhood and to secure compliance with zoning codes and quality-of-life needs such noise abatement.
We offer opportunities to meet and engage with our neighbors through programs and social clubs.
Who can become a member?
Anyone over 18 years including homeowners, full-time renters and non-resident property owners is considered a General member. Businesses with property or an interest in Cherry Creek East area are also welcome to join. By registering with the association, General members can receive information and . They may vote and participate in surveys relevant to neighborhood wants and needs.
Supporting Members (single membership):
A supporting membership is $25 a year. These members are vital to keeping the association running as their dues go toward communication resources, administrative needs, insurance, corporate governance and more. Supporting members receive the benefits of General Members and also may attend exclusive social events.
Each member must have their own email address so for this reason household memberships can't be accommodated. To join online, please complete this information:

Business members receive recognition on this website and unique sponsor opportunities as well as a voice in the community, for only $100 a year.

We recommend payment by credit card. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, email us at members@cherrycreekeast.org and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
If you join on and after October 1st, your membership is extended until the end of the following year.
Renewal (Resident or Business)
As we reach the end of a year, you can renew your membership online by
clicking on this link. It will ask you to log into the site if you have not done so already. Then click on Renew Membership to renew online (credit card or bank credentials).
