You can renew your membership online. If you prefer to renew with cash or check, please email us at email@example.com and we will make accommodations for you.
This page is designed to help you with online renewal. Here are the steps to follow.
Log Into the Site
The first step is to log into the site. Why is this required? Because the system needs to know who you are in order to properly credit your renewal.
Go to the login link at the top right of the page.
Your user name should be a combination of your first and last name with a period between it. For example: FirstName.LastName or John.Smith.
If this presents a problem, click on the Forgot Username link right on the form.
The system will send you an email with your Username.
For most users, you have a standard password, which was sent to you via a separate email. If you have logged in before and created a new password, use that. If those options don't work, click on Forgot Password.
Click on the Your Profile Link
Next click on the Profile link, also at the top right of the page (appearing after you have logged into the system).
When you click on Your Profile, you will see a page that looks like this:
Feel free to use any of the features but for our purposes, lick on the Renew Your Membership link.
You should see a page that looks like this:
This page should have accurate information but feel free to add or correct any of the fielded entries. As a Resident Member, you want 1 renewal. Click save to renew.
You will then see a page like this.
At this point, click on View Payment Instructions. You will see this screen:
This is your invoice which you can print and save for your records.
At this point you can mail a check to the Association address or Pay the Invoice Online. If you choose the latter option you will see a screen that looks like this.
This pay will be familiar to you if you have ever paid an invoice online. If you want to use a credit card, simply enter the requested information. If you want to transfer money directly from a bank account, choose that option and fill out the form.
We are happy to accept your renewal payment in any form--credit card, bank transfer or a mailed check.
