More on the Program: The City Council's stated goal is to consolidate and modernize regulations, some of which date back to the 1950s, to make them clearer and more predictable and reduce barriers to much-needed types of housing. It will result in a set of proposed amendments to the zoning code, which will be considered for adoption by the City Council.
There will be a question and answer period (by chat) at the end of Mr. Webb’s presentation. Chris Hinds and his senior aide Teresa St. Peter will also be joining us to share their thoughts. You can learn more about the project
