Survey: Office of Neighborhood Safety & Community Engagement
Monday, October 3rd, 2022, All Day Event at Online Survey
The Denver Agency for Human Rights & Community Partnerships, with the support of Denver’s City Council, commissioned two studies related to improving community engagement and neighborhood safety in the City. Through CU Denver’s CityCenter, two faculty members, Carrie Makarewicz PhD, Department of Urban & Regional Planning, and Sheila Huss PhD, School of Public Affairs are carrying out these studies, respectively. They are currently collecting date through online survey and looking for Cherry Creek East resident's input. Click here for details on this initiative and survey links.
The survey for both studies will be available through Saturday, October 8. The Community Engagement Study questions will be open until Saturday, October 22.
Monthly CCEA Board Meeting
Monday, October 17th, 2022, 5:30pm to 6:30pm at ZOOM
CCEA Board meets every 3rd Monday of each month via Zoom. October's Board meeting will be in person, however, there will still be a ZOOM link available for those guests that would like to attend.

Community Meeting: CCE's Move to District 5 in 2023
Thursday, October 27th, 2022, 5:30pm to 7:30pm at Zoom
In 2023, after Council elections, Cherry Creek East (CCE) will transition from City Council District 10 to District 5. This transition could have a major impact on CCE. This community meeting is scheduled with District 5 Councilwoman, Amanda Sawyer. Councilwoman Sawyer will discuss the who/ what/ where/ when/ how of the new district and answer questions via the Zoom chat function.
