| Description: | Denver Parks & Recreation and the Office of the City Forester are taking steps toward creating a greener, cooler community in Denver…And they need your help! They are looking for feedback from all Denver residents on what matters when it comes to trees and the city’s urban forest.
There will be an open house on Saturday, August 12th between the hours of 11:00AM – 3:00PM at Lincoln School of Technology; 11194 E. 45th Ave. 80239. At this open house, Denver residents will have the opportunity to learn about Forestry resources and ways to help create the city’s first Urban Forest Strategic Plan. City Forestry staff will be available to provide information about the Urban Forest and answer your tree questions.
