CCE Development Projects

Currently, we have the following three development projects in front of the community.  Click HERE for detailed information on each project.  
  • 3400 Bayaud Ave. (Next door to Gates Tennis Center)
  • 50 S. Steele St. (Located between Ellsworth Ave. and Bayaud Ave.)
  • 5 Cook St. (Located at the corner of Ellsworth Ave. and Cook St.)
 

We are a volunteer organization consisting of local residents and businesses. We work closely with our neighbors, the City and our neighboring associations to solve problems and help with issues of concern to our community.
