Tuesday Riders is led by Carol Hopper. They ride when the weather is at least 50 degrees. The Friday biking group is The Goats (Go Out And Tour Somewhere). These rides are 25-35 miles. We will try to live up to our new name and explore different routes around Denver. CELLAR DWELLERS FUTURE EVENTS
Cellar Dwellers is one of the most enjoyable events in our neighborhood. It is an evening of wine-tasting, good food and fun conversation. We need volunteers to host upcoming events. The host typically provides appetizers for the guests and will choose the wine category for the guests to bring. Sometimes, the host provides the drinks and the guests bring the appetizers. If you do not feel comfortable hosting it in your home, the Le Jardin clubhouse is usually available for use. FLICK FLACK MOVIE CLUB

Each month we get together and discuss a movie that we watch independently before the meeting. The host picks the movie in advance and provides the beverages and light snack for the meeting. If you do not feel comfortable hosting it in your home, the Le Jardin clubhouse is usually available for use. Movie options can be current movies in the theater or movies that can be downloaded and watched at home. New members are always welcome. GUIDED MEDITATION – THURSDAYS – 9:00
Several of us have been gathering every Thursday morning. Classes are taught by Molly Robinson, owner of Heartstrings Yoga. She guides the group through lovely, peaceful meditation messages. She also uses gentle restorative movements that enhance the meditation session and aide in relaxation. These are wonderful, peaceful classes in which to learn and build one’s meditation practice in a small, intimate group. We will be capping the number at eight. It’s a great way to make new friends and learn new tools for relaxation.

MEN’S BOOK CLUB
Seeking eight or nine men who enjoy reading both fiction and non-fiction books. The Men’s Book Club (MBC) will be organized under the following loose structure to be formalized at the first meeting: Meetings will be in the evening every four to six weeks. The host will choose the book by presenting up to three selections at the meeting prior to hosting. Meeting length will be between 60 and 90 minutes. The host will be prepared to lead a discussion of the book, author, context, etc. Attendance should be only those who have read the book. We meet the first Wednesday of the month and try restaurants in the area. This is a great way for the women from the neighborhood to mingle with one another. We start at 5:30, so we can take advantage of the happy hour if the restaurant offers it. This event is open to everyone in the neighborhood!
